Installing Chicago95 theme on PeppermintOS

I am trying out the latest Peppermint OS (Trixie Live USB) which uses XFCE desktop environment. I want to set up the Chicago95 theme with the commands:

sudo apt updatesudo apt upgradegit clone https://github.com/grassmunk/Chicago95cd Chicago95python3 installer.py

This runs until I get to the end, with error:

If I click "Quit," the gray taskbar (gray panel at bottom of screen) disappears, and I don't know how to bring it back again. What am I doing wrong? Which missing packages do I need to install?

I also want the start menu to be structured like Windows 95:

How do I modify this?

Also, under the Chicago95 Installation section, it shows how to install other optional themes (eg. Plymouth boot splash theme) for Xubuntu systems only. Will this be applicable to Peppermint?
