So I just installed Kali Linux in dual boot mode with Windows 11 on my DELL laptop. After installation, the screen is constantly flashing: it turns on and off repeatedly . This seems to stop only when I move the mouse. This issue doesn't happen on Windows 11. I tried to run sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get upgrade . I tried changing resolution and refresh rate. I also tried going to Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Compositor then unticking 'Enable display compositing', but none of this solved the issue. This is my graphics card:

I would appreciate any help.
EDIT:This flashing stops when any animation is running (e.g. Youtube video)
